Guy Jeffreys – who made his name as head chef and gardener at Millbrook Winery – has now stepped up to take on the mantle of Executive Chef for Fogarty Wine Group . With a focus on sustainable seafood, Guy and new Head Chef Jason van Druten recently launched their new Bunkers Beach House menu just in time to win the title of Best Casual Dining in the 2019 Good Food Guide Awards.
My brief for the updated photography included new menu items with and without matching wines, raw ingredients, key staff and venue. While the day was a little on the windy side, it was more than compensated for by the view which included regular sightings of whales making the most of the gorgeous water!
