Jude Blereau is a whole foods chef and educator with one of the most refreshingly sane approaches to food and diet I have come across in recent years. Especially when it comes to cake.
Jude’s philosophy includes such gems as “Why cake? Because joy and deliciousness are nutrients in their own right, as are love and beauty.”
These cakes were all made by her Whole and Natural Foods Chef Training Program 2016 students, some of whom had diet-related preferences or specific food-related allergies/intolerances. Hard to believe, but some of what you see here was dairy free, gluten free, vegan, or a combination.. and oh, so delicious!
