I spent a happy morning in wholefood chef and author Jude Blereau’s kitchen recently, photographing her Chocolate and Beetroot Cake for a Mother’s Day blog post. And yes, once we had finished we had a cup of tea, a girly chat and – of course – a (large) piece of cake! Yum!
