Director of Happy Healthy Jessica Lowe is extremely passionate about helping people find their own personal version of “Happy & Healthy!” She is qualified in both nutrition and fitness and specialises in body composition coaching by offering simple but personalised nutrition solutions that work. Jessica believes that prevention is better than cure. She aims to help people before their health becomes an issue, preventing clinical diseases that come from unhealthy lifestyles and obesity.
But as you can see from the images here, that doesn’t mean you can’t eat beautiful food in order to eat better food.
Jess called on food stylist Kate Flower and I to capture four of her recipes as part of her Easter 2021 e-book, and I can assure you they tasted as delicious as they looked – without the guilt factor!
