WA Good Food Guide commissioned four of Perth’s top chefs to create recipes using the “wagyu of the sea” – Glacier51 Toothfish (aka Patagonian Toothfish).
They sent me to photograph the results along with the chefs (one of whom proved to be camera shy!)
Can I just say that if you ever get the chance to eat Glacier51 Toothfish four times in two days, do it.
