The brief was to photograph the product – Yellowtail Kingfish – capturing both the whole fish and the beautiful marbled flesh for use in marketing and social media.
In addition; develop, style and shoot three recipes using the product in its raw state, to appeal to the target market of high-end sashimi restaurants.
